How to request a return or refund
Email us at support@yourtura.com. If your order meets our return criteria, we’ll send you a prepaid return slip with full instructions.
Return eligibility

Condition: Item must be unused and in good condition.

Timing: Delivered to you within the last 30 days.
Important: We do not accept in‑person returns.
Refused / “Return to Sender” shipments
If your parcel is marked “refused” or “returned to sender,” you may qualify for a 50 % refund once it reaches our warehouse.
Refund processing

We inspect your item(s) upon receipt.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement (processing times vary by bank).
